Account Deletion
Siltop Group Ride users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
Delete Your Account In The App
If you still have access to the app, open Siltop Group Ride and go to Profile. Use the account deletion option there to delete your account.
Request Deletion Without The App
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, email a deletion request to SteveCostantino@Gmail.com.
Include the email address used for your Siltop Group Ride account and write that you are requesting account deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
What Will Be Deleted
Account deletion removes your app account and associated personal data where deletion is technically and legally permitted. This may include profile information, group memberships, live location sharing records, push notification tokens, and account-linked app activity.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when needed for safety, moderation, audit, legal, security, backup, or abuse-prevention purposes. Public or shared content may also remain if it is no longer reasonably tied to your deleted account or if retention is required to preserve app safety and community integrity.
Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as practical. If more information is needed to verify the request, we will respond using the email address provided.
